01 | THE BEGINNING – ME AND BEMOTIONS
BEMOTIONS was founded on a simple belief: the moments we remember most are the ones that make us feel something.
Behind BEMOTIONS is Xander, a creative professional driven by curiosity, creativity, and a passion for live experiences. From an early age, he was always looking for new ways to learn, create, and grow. What started with a passion for dance gradually evolved into choreography, creative direction, live productions, and the coordination of events and experiences.
In the meantime Xander had the chance to dive into the world of entrepreneurship. We know Xander now as General Director of BEMOTIONS, but also from his Dance Company Double X in Zottegem and from his artist agency named THE.ARTIST.
Beside that, he is also the Operational Manager from a venue named De Brouwerij Erembodegem.
Inspired by the artistry and storytelling of Michael Jackson, Xander discovered the power of performance to surprise, inspire, and connect people through emotion. As a professional performer and choreographer, he gained years of experience on stage, while simultaneously building expertise behind the scenes in creative concepts, rehearsals, production management, and audiovisual technology.
Dance is a part of Xander since he was 6 years old. He followed weekly 12 hours dance trainings to grow as dancer and as person. Dance was always an escape from the reality, because the danceschool was a safe space, where you can be yourself. Since then he had the opportunity to perform with singers, on stages for business events, on TV-shows, … this was the start of the interest in the business.
During his studies in Event & Project Management, he contributed to numerous productions, led creative projects, and discovered that his greatest passion wasn’t simply organizing events—it was creating experiences that people would remember long after the lights had gone down.
That vision became reality in 2021, when BEMOTIONS was born.
We believe the most powerful experiences begin with emotion. Emotion becomes memory. Memory creates connection. And connection is what brings people together.
